Front of House / Barista

We are looking for friendly front of house/Barista and kitchen staff for our new location on 24 Bond Street who can confidently deliver exceptional service working alongside a small team. You must be available 20 hours plus, with experience in this kind of environment, be energetic and friendly. Barista experience is essential for this role, you must know your way around a professional coffee machine. You will need to be mature, able to ensure a strong relationship is built and kept with our customers while providing and maintaining the standards of the food & drink service. You will have a genuine passion for what you do, with the ability to engage with everyone around you in a warm and friendly style. It is essential you have an eye for detail, you will be expected to uphold high standards even when we are busy. You should be able to keep calm under pressure and continue to deliver a professional service. You must have a genuine interest in our business.
