Does this sound like you? ☀️ Solid Kitchen Skills and Experience — including efficient and tidy work, problem solving, and getting your hands dirty when needed. ☀️ Organisational Skills — coordinating multiple tasks to impress our guests and support the team. ​ ☀️ Great with people — you’re a natural communicator who values open team communication, and happy for a chat with guests too. ​ ☀️ Hospitality at heart — you want to create memorable customer experiences, and support your team to do the same. ​ ☀️ Thrive under pressure — you can keep your cool and keep the vibe fun, even when the café is buzzing. ​ ☀️ Team spirit — you bring positivity, energy, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed. ​​​ ​ ​We are open 7 days a week: 7am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday, 8am - 2:30pm Saturdays, and 8am - 2pm Sundays. ​ If you are happy with 2 shifts a week, but willing to pick up more hours during leave or illness within the team, this could be a perfect match!
