Greet customers with a warm welcome Provide friendly and excellent customer service Memorize menu and recommend selections Take orders and enter into register Efficiently manage payments and cash drawer Serve customers efficiently Assist in food preparation activities Clear tables, wash dishes, sweep floors, etc. Deliver food to tables Promote strong team spirit through effective communication and supporting one another Consistently follow food sanitation guidelines Keep work space clean and sanitized Work flexibly with team members sharing in shop responsibilities (e.g., dish washing, cleaning, etc.) Be punctual and observe regular and consistent attendance.
