We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Cook to join our kitchen team at Nostimo At The Bay. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to our menu, ensuring consistency, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

**•**Prepare and cook dishes as per our menu and recipes

**•**Ensure food is cooked and presented to high standards

**•**Maintain a clean and organised work area, including adherence to food safety regulations

**•**Manage inventory, including ordering and storing ingredients

**•**Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

**•**Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role preferred

**•**Strong understanding of cooking techniques and food safety practices

**•**Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

**•**Creative with a passion for food and cooking

**•**Team player with excellent communication skills
