Our operating hours are Monday-Sunday, 8a-3p. We are closed most major Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and Easter). Responsibilities include: Oversee many aspects of the kitchen operations Prepare food Manage staff Ensure customer satisfaction Train new employees Supervise and maintain inventory Ensure kitchen is running efficiently. Required skills: Professional attitude Time management Knife skills Attention to detail Team-work and communication Adaptability and problem solving Previous experience required Availability on weekends required. Salary & Benefits: Yearly salary dependent on experience and skills. 1 week accrued paid vacation per year Potential for bonuses Room for growth.
