Casual Customer Assistant

£12.85 per hour – Casual About the role: We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Commercial and Operations team. As a Casual Customer Service Assistant, you’ll support our museums, arts centre, and creative venues by helping to ensure our cafés, events, and public spaces run smoothly and professionally, as and when required. Your role will include maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments, and supporting the delivery of high‑quality refreshments to visitors, staff, and corporate clients. Above all, you’ll provide outstanding customer service and help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. About you: We’d love to hear from you if: You have a passion for great customer service and enjoy working in a catering or hospitality environment You have experience engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner You’re flexible and able to work evenings and weekends when needed You’re happy to work across various Culture Trust sites.
