Food & Beverage Supervisor

Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is currently seeking a Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to join our team! This hands-on leadership role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food and beverage outlets while delivering a high-quality visitor experience. As an F&B Supervisor, you’ll oversee outlet operations, support and guide team members, and maintain strong standards across service, presentation, and food safety. You’ll manage stock and ordering, ensure outlets are well organised and fully stocked, and step in during busy periods to support service and resolve customer enquiries. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll also contribute to planning, performance, and continuous improvement across the F&B offering, including identifying opportunities to improve service, increase revenue, and reduce waste. This role suits someone who is proactive, organised, and confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
