What we're looking for... A genuine passion for speciality coffee, backed by two years’ barista experience and a drive to keep developing your craft. You’re confident leading a team, with clear communication skills and experience in a supervisory or hospitality role. Organised and proactive, you approach challenges with a solution-focused mindset. You work well as part of a team but are equally comfortable making decisions independently, always bringing energy and care to delivering a consistently great customer experience.
