Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Fine Dining Server to join our upscale restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a fine dining setting. Open availability is a must.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and explain daily specials with detailed descriptions
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Event set up and breakdown
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Process payments using POS systems or cash registers
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Experience
- Prior experience in hospitality or fine dining establishments is preferred
- Proficiency in sales techniques and upselling strategies
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and basic math skills.
