Barista - Bee Branch

Job Description (summary - not an exhaustive list of duties): Take customer orders using a handheld device or our standard point-of-sale system. Prep cups using the correct recipe. Able to lift and carry 40 lbs. (example: large bags of sugar). Clean bathrooms, grounds, work stations, etc. Ya gotta like coffee - it is kinda our thing. Cooking/baking as needed. Able to smile and greet customers in person and on the phone and make them feel valued. Contribute to a positive work environment. Able to find value in every single person - like all the people - we like people. Follow company policies (to be provided). Progress in the Barista tier program. Pay is minimum wage. Specifically 5.75/hr +tips, but never less than $11/hr unless you have barista experience. Advancement opportunity. Willing to work in Morrilton to get trained prior to opening in Bee Branch - we do not have a date set, yet.
