Barista

We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on manager to lead one of our locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves coffee culture, excels at building strong teams, and wants to make a real impact in a local business. What you’ll do: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Create staff schedules and manage labor costs Maintain quality standards for products and service Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care Work closely with ownership on promotions and seasonal offerings Ensure health and safety compliance What we’re looking for: Previous management or supervisory experience (coffee shop or food service preferred) Strong leadership skills with a positive, coaching approach Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Reliable transportation to get to work for all scheduled shifts Cell phone with data plan for scheduling and business communication Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends Passion for coffee, customer service, and building community 18 years or older.
