Roaster

We’re looking for a focused, detail-driven, & dependable roaster to join our small-batch coffee team this season. You'll help roast, bag, and prep orders for shipping—all while learning the ins and outs of production roasting in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Ideal candidates are punctual, organized, and excited to work with their hands. Roasting experience preferred.
