Are you a fun-loving, enthusiastic and creative individual who can bring party vibes to Crafty Pots? We're looking for a superstar to help make sure that every party goes with a bang and we create magical memories for all our little Crafty Potters!
About you
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive, friendly and approachable disposition (a love of kids essential)
- Great organisational skills
- Infectious energy
- Experience in a public facing hospitality or retail role or children's entertainment space
- Ability to work completely autonomously, as you’ll be solely responsible for the design, set-up, running and wrap-up of the party as well as some strategic input to our party calendar.
Days / hours:
- Saturday and/or Sundays 2-5pm (you must be available to work both days at these times on an ad-hoc basis)
- Extra hours/shifts possible in the studio, if desired.
This is a zero hours contract on an ad-hoc basis. Your hours will be Saturdays and/or Sundays from 2pm – 5pm with opportunities for additional shift work in the studio, if desired.
Roles and responsibilities:
Creating magical party experiences for our guests by;
- Setting up the party ahead of the guests arrival (full training given)
- Welcoming party guests and their attendees to the party
- Managing and facilitating all aspects of the party including keeping the party to time
- Wrapping up and clearing away the party, ensuring all materials and left ready for next party use.
