Banquet Captain/Sr. Server

Our Banquet Captain/Sr. Server runs a team of 2-25 servers, bartenders and chefs in the successful set-up, execution, service, and tear down of a variety of events: Weddings, BBQs, Cocktail Parties, Galas, Holiday Parties, and Private Dinners. Job Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience with OFF-SITE catering, Serving It Right, Food Safe Level 1, valid Driver’s licence with clean abstract, strong communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills, a leader in guest relations and customer service, ability to manage a strict timeline and delegate responsibilities, and a strong emphasis on team with proven coaching and mentoring abilities. Casual to start with 10-30 hours per week; with proven success and scheduling flexibility, hours may increase.
