Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): Mix Mastery: Whip up Fizzy Mama's wild, wacky, and wonderful soda creations that make taste buds throw a party. Customer Cheerleader: Spread smiles like sprinkles on a sundae—because no one leaves without a grin (and maybe a brain freeze). Flavor Explorer: Assist with new soda combos so delicious, they might just break the internet (or at least get a few TikTok likes). Bubble Ambassador: Educate customers on the fine art of fizz—because not all carbonation is created equal. Soda Shop Guardian: Keep the syrup stocked, the counters shiny, and the vibes immaculate. Perks of the Gig: Cool your heals: Paid time off (after 90 days) (when you Fizzy at least 28hrs a week) Free Soda (Duh): Unlimited taste-testing privileges—quality control is very important. Tip Jar Glory: Pooled Tips (Usually $3-7/hr in addition to wages) Performance-based surge bonus opportunity during busy times Creative Freedom: Name a signature drink after yourself? We’ll allow it.
