Cafe All-Rounder

This is a wonderful opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic cafe all-rounder to join our small team in a welcoming, fast-paced environment on either a part-time or full-time basis. We’re looking for someone who is confident, reliable, energetic, and happy working both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for customer service, great attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude. Experience in catering or hospitality is desirable, but just as important is a willingness to learn and get stuck in. This role is varied and hands-on, and may include front of house service, making drinks, clearing and resetting tables, helping keep the cafe running smoothly, and supporting the team wherever needed. Hours are flexible depending on whether the role is part-time or full-time, although applicants must be available to work weekends and bank holidays. Start Date: As soon as possible Pay Competitive Job Type Part-Time & Full Time Available Must be available weekends & bank holidays Must be able to work independently & experience with desired but not essential Responsibilities: Duties Include: Welcoming and serving customers in a friendly, professional manner Taking orders and handling payments Preparing and serving drinks (coffee, teas, cold drinks) Delivering food to tables and clearing/resetting Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the café Supporting with basic food prep where required Restocking and keeping displays looking fresh Working efficiently during busy periods Opening and/or closing the café when required Supporting the team in all areas to keep service running smoothly
