**Salary:** Restaurant Award Level 2 / Negotiable
**Job Type:** Full-time Salary Available / Part-time / Casual also an option will include Weekends and occasional nights

**The Role:**
We’re searching for an enthusiastic and professional Front of House Team Member to join our passionate team. You’ll be the face of Grant St Grocer, ensuring that every guest feels welcome, cared for and eager to return. Whether it’s a friendly smile or anticipating a guest’s needs, you’ll play a key role in shaping the ultimate guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver outstanding customer service with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage bookings, greet guests, and ensure seamless table service.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and barista teams to provide a smooth dining experience.
- Build relationships with regular guests and help create a welcoming environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback and special requests with a solution-focused approach.
- Assist with setting up and packing down the front-of-house area, maintaining cleanliness and presentation.
- Uphold and promote health, safety and hygiene standards.
