Cafe Team Leader

Are you a confident coffee lover with heaps of Barista experience? We need a full time (37hrs) Cafe Team Leader for our busy store on Whiteladies Road. The café operates with a small team so there is an amount of solo working as well as team leading. Starts at £13.39, rising to £14.16 per hour after a successful 6 month probation period. Our Cafe Team Leaders are excellent, creative Baristas who inspire the cafe team to perfect their craft and deliver excellent coffee, cake, and customer service.
