Counter Server/Barista/Smoothie Maker

We are seeking energetic and positive team members for counter server/barista/smoothie maker as well as well as line cook and prep cook positions. Positions entail working with the team to prepare and serve organic, fresh breakfast food, espresso drinks, our signature superfood soft serve, acai bowls and smoothies. The Spot is a vibrant atmosphere with a strong customer base of both locals and visitors. We are busy every day, so tips are great and pay is consistent. Shifts are morning hours with flexible scheduling so you can enjoy Kauai! Part time or full time positions available with lots of room for growth. Experience is always a plus, but we will train entry level staff as well. Pay is dependent on experience + EXCELLENT tips + benefits (averaging $25/hour with tips) + $20/day shift meal allowance.
