Visitor Hospitality Assistant (Cafe & Retail)

Grimm & Co is looking for a Visitor Hospitality Assistant to join our team in the café and retail environment. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with the daily operations of the café, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Responsibilities include: - Greeting and serving customers - Preparing and serving food and beverages - Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café area - Assisting with retail operations and stock management - Engaging with visitors and providing information about our services and offerings.
