Director of Retail

The Director of Retail is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail operations at The Dalí Museum. This includes managing staff, inventory, and sales strategies to maximize revenue while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement retail strategies to increase sales and profitability. - Manage and train retail staff to provide excellent customer service. - Oversee inventory management and merchandising. - Collaborate with marketing to promote retail initiatives. - Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Passion for art and culture.
