Café Help

Fonville Press is actively seeking experienced and passionate café help to join the team. For this position, candidates must be able to handle barista-related and customer-facing tasks. They are responsible for conceptualizing and preparing creative and unique coffee beverages (as well as standard coffee drinks) for patrons, possessing a strong understanding of the coffee industry, interacting and engaging with customers, taking orders, and assessing customer needs and preferences to make appropriate recommendations. Additional responsibilities include restocking and replenishing coffee bar inventory, complying with all food & beverage regulations, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.
