Seasonal Scooper

Miko’s Italian Ice is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as seasonal scoopers. You’ll serve our delicious Italian ice, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and contribute to our fun, friendly team atmosphere. This is a seasonal position with shifts spanning from April through October. Responsibilities: Scoop and serve Italian ice with accuracy and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service with a smile. Keep the workspace clean and organized. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Learn about our flavor lineup to make recommendations to customers. Key Requirements: Open availability over the spring / summer / or fall. A positive attitude and a love for creating sweet experiences for our customers. Qualifications: Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Availability from May through August / September / October. Bonus Qualifications: Previous experience in the restaurant or service industry. Food handler certification. Knowledge of our catch-phrases and favorite flavors.
