Qualifications
Exemplify kindness in interactions with others

Be a problem solver who can quickly adapt when faced with new situations
Previous barista experience is a very big plus
Responsibilities
Prepare espresso drinks that adhere to shop standards, procedures, and recipes
Maintain consistency and high quality of work throughout fast-paced, high-volume shifts
Educate and guide guests through ordering with a genuine focus on providing an awesome experience
Help teammates with shop upkeep and sidework as needed, including cleaning equipment, sweeping floors, etc.
Maintain a clean and stocked workstation at all times

Hours
Full-time or part-time. Minimum of three days availability required

Must have at least 1 year of barista experience, knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, and excellent customer service skills.
