Our next Barista will be: Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic. Dedicated to working hard, completing all duties during the shift, and leaving the customer satisfied. Quick to help customers, respectfully respond to comments, and jump in on projects where needed. Trustworthy and dependable, especially in handling cash. Punctual and dependable. Flexible in scheduling. A self-starter with proven ability to work as a team player. Highly motivated, and work well independently and in a team setting. Comfortable with change and eager to learn. Coffee-savvy, and experienced in troubleshooting basic customer service issues. Part of a growing company, building the foundation for success with every customer communication.
