Restaurant Manager Tasks include: · Greet guests · Train, manage and supervise waiting and kitchen staff · Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions · Arrange the purchase and pricing of goods according to budget · Plan menus in consultation with Chef/Cook · Plan and organise events + special functions · Confer with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service · Ensure health regulations are adhered to and that the café is clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
