#WeAllGrow is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join its growing, fast-paced team. This is a hybrid remote position based in Los Angeles. Reporting to the Social Media & Creative Manager, this candidate will be responsible for executing #WeAllGrow’s social media strategy to drive awareness, community growth, engagement, and conversion. They will support social media programming: including strategy, managing day-to-day posting, community management, editing, and optimization of content on multiple social platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and more.

WHAT YOU´LL DO:

- Expressing the distinctive, powerful voice and look-and-feel of #WeAllGrow across all social platforms, and support editorial’s presence on social media.
- Maintain the #WeAllGrow content calendar for all social channels, and ensure that the content calendar is planned out 60 days in advance.
- Publish posts and batch schedule on Sprout Social and/or other platforms.
- Manage day-to-day tasks across all platforms.
- Uphold visual and conceptual consistency across all platforms.
- Create content and write engaging copy that focuses on our goals and drives the needle forward with innovative and fresh concepts.
- Ideate social media content in collaboration with the graphic design team, video producer, freelancers, social media coordinators, the social media manager, and interns.
- Research and curate engaging, relevant, and timely images, videos and UGC community content to post on social media that always reflect WAG’s brand pillars and voice.
- Coordinate and assist in executing strategies to support #WeAllGrow event coverage, promotions, and campaigns.
- Community manage and moderate conversations online through our channels with the community, influencers, partners and other brands. Chime in where relevant and respond and reply to our community via comments and DMs.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness and engagement of posts across social media platforms and set and deliver on tangible KPI’s from social (ie. audience growth, engagement) with the Social Media Manager.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on analytics and insights and tweak social strategy and content based on results.
- Maintain an organized and timely system for approvals before posting or sharing content using Asana and Sprout Social.
- Stay on top of key industry trends, competitive insights and emerging social media platforms; make sure #WeAllGrow is at the forefront of best practices in social, on both existing and new platforms. Assess opportunities with emerging social platforms.
- Identify, build, cultivate and manage high-level relationships with influencers + community members to keep within WAG’s network.
- Coordinate and manage collaborations on social media platforms with contributors (i.e. takeovers, giveaways).
- Develop and suggest best practices based on results, industry trends, and competitive audits, and socialize these findings with the executive teams.
- Support concept development and strategy for paid campaign content to deliver on campaign deliverables, and bridge the gap between the client’s goals and #WeAllGrow’s content messaging as it pertains to our community.
