We're looking for a Store Manager in Hamburg to work directly with our leadership Team. As a Store Manager at LAP Coffee, you will be instrumental in the success of our brand in the city of Hamburg, where we aim to to become the largest. You lead the team, organize shifts, ensure great customer service, and keep the store operations running smoothly. When needed, you jump behind the counter yourself, support the team during busy moments, and help drive strong sales and a great customer experience while driving business growth and profitability. - Team Leadership: Ensure baristas are working towards achieving company goals while upholding cultural standards. - Operational Excellence: Maintain elite operating standards across all locations under your management. - Community Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with neighborhood businesses and residents to foster local brand loyalty and goodwill. - Team Scheduling: Oversee and manage team schedules to ensure punctuality and operational readiness. - Training Adherence: Master and apply product, service, and brand training playbooks to maintain consistency and quality. - Product Quality Management: Ensure proper measures are in place to handle products correctly, preserving their freshness and quality in both food and beverage offerings. - Waste Reduction: Implement and sustain systems to minimize product wastage by monitoring and adjusting par levels in line with business fluctuations. - Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain health and safety standards at all times, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
