1+ year Barista Experience, Latte Art Skills, Dialing in Different Espressos, Coffee Knowledge, Leadership Qualities, Confidence, Customer Service, Time Management, and Detail to Attention. You’re the backbone of the business! The coffee the consumer drinks is literally all because of you. You craft and prep each drink as if it’s the best thing you’ve ever served. You’re good with organizing in chaotic environments. You’re patient with customer demands and big rushes. You work well with the FOH to sell and flow through the day. Front of House (FOH) Patient, Friendly, Giving, Loving, POS Knowledge, Customer Guidance, Customer Service, Coffee Knowledge, Leadership, Hard Work Ethic, Awareness of Surroundings, and Time Management. Sales Experience is a Big Bonus. You’re the love-giver and smile-maker behind the business. You make people feel good about themselves. You also must be able to work in a fast environment with an attention to detail. This is a great starter role for the laidback human who can also work well under pressure. Barista Experience is highly preferred and valued in this role.
