Nitmiluk Tours is a part of Jawoyn Association Aboriginal Corporation, a 100% wholly owned and operated Indigenous Tourism Operation within Nitmiluk National Park, and more broadly the region of Katherine, NT. We are the exclusive provider for touring the breathtaking Nitmiluk Gorge, located approximately 320km South of Darwin Northern Territory, Australia. Your new role:
Do you have what it takes to manage the Food and Beverage operation of one of Australia’s Major Attractions, together with coordinating the service offered to Cicada Lodge’s customers?

Reporting to the F&B Manager, this position is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis, and will be based at the beautiful Nitmiluk Gorge (approximately 30KM from Katherine town). The position is a key role within our organisation and will suit someone with great supervisory skills and who has a strong understanding across a broad range of hospitality functions.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a multi award-winning organisation, owned by the Jawoyn people, in the beautiful surrounds of Nitmiluk National Park (Katherine, Northern Territory.)

What you will need to succeed:
This exciting opportunity is for you to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our highly acclaimed Cicada Lodge and the F&B outlets. Your passion for great customer service, attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to supervise staff will set you apart for this role. Supervising a small team, you will be equally happy serving customers and assisting with other duties around Nitmiluk, as you will be supervising and organising staff and resources.

The Waiter Supervisor is responsible for guest services offered to the Cicada Lodge Guests, with the assistance of the Executive Chef and the F&B Manager. This includes supervising staff, food operations and outlet upkeep and maintenance whilst on duty.
