Café Supervisor

Can you use your hospitality and community building skills to help us bring our cafés to life? We are looking for enthusiastic Supervisors for our Alexandra Park Café in Poole, Redhill Park Café, Winton Park Café, and Boscombe Chine Gardens Café and Mini Golf in Bournemouth, who can support the Café Managers in coordinating the daily operations of the cafés with a focus on developing our volunteer’s skills as well as increasing park use and engagement. Our cafés will be operated in the most environmentally conscious way possible. The role will involve: Coordinating day to day running of the café operations Coordinating volunteers on a day-to-day basis Opening and closing cashing up procedure Providing excellent customer service Assisting with regular and seasonal events and activities when required.
