With a 67%+ repeat client rate and hundreds of events served each year, Bloom is built on strong relationships, intentional systems, and a deep commitment to excellence.At Bloom, every event is an opportunity to serve with care, communicate with clarity, and create an experience that lingers long after the last cup is poured.Position Summary / Job PurposeThe Hospitality & Event Sales Manager is responsible for driving event revenue through rapid lead conversion, relationship-based sales, and exceptional event execution. This role owns the full client lifecycle: from inquiry response and proposal development to booking, coordination, on-site oversight, and client follow up.This is a multi-functional role for a hospitality-driven sales professional who moves with urgency, communicates clearly, and thrives in both relationship-building and logistics. Success in this role requires responsiveness, operational discipline, creativity, and the confidence to represent the Bloom Coffee Cart brand in the market.ResponsibilitiesRespond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and close bookings for private, corporate, and special events Consult with clients to understand event needs, guest count, service style, and customization requests Build and maintain relationships with event planners, venues, and repeat clients Track leads, conversions, and revenue targets Plan event logistics including scheduling, staffing, timelines, menus, and equipment needsCommunicate event details clearly to barista teams and operations staff Ensure all materials, supplies, and branding elements are prepared and accurate Troubleshoot last-minute changes or client requests Ensure every event meets company hospitality standards and delivers a polished guest experience Support baristas on-site when needed and model excellent service Gather client feedback and implement improvements Assist with training team members on service standards, event procedures, and brand presentation Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and field staff Maintain accurate booking records, contracts, invoices, and event notes Track event performance metrics and sales goals Assist with refining pricing, packages, and service offeringsQualificationsExperience in hospitality, catering, events, or sales (coffee or beverage industry preferred)Proven ability to manage high lead volume while maintaining quality and careDemonstrated success in outbound sales or proactive lead generationStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable representing the brand externally and operating independently in the marketOrganized, detail-oriented, and confident working across CRM and sales systemsFlexible mindset with the ability to adapt sales techniques to different client types and environmentsWork StructureFull-time flexible role with a mix of on-site, office, and remote market engagementEvening and weekend availability may be required based on event schedules and client needs, although majority of events are Monday-FridayHigh-energy, guest-facing environment with performance-based expectationsPerks & BenefitsCompetitive base rate + commission tied directly to event revenue performanceHourly base rate, with opportunity for salary rate and PTO after 6 monthsHigh-visibility role within a growing catering brandTeam-oriented culture that values initiative, accountability, and hospitalityTo ApplySend your resume and a brief introduction to [email protected] and we’ll be in touch!Interviews will be scheduled as available (this is the start to our busy season, so thank you for your patience)!
