Team Member (Barista & Cashier)

Key Responsibilities
- Maintains positivity and professional attitude while promoting excellent customer service
- Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that aligns with the company value and mission.
- Greets all customers with friendly and enthusiastic service.
- Follows cafe operational policies and procedures, including safety procedures to ensure the safety of all team members.
- Answers customer questions regarding our products, preparation, and product quality.
- Routinely cleans the work space, including the bar area, equipment, floor, windows, dining room operations.
- Prepare, cook, and brew - toppings, tea, and coffee as needed.
- Restock shelves when necessary and routinely support inventory count.
