What We’re Looking For: Experience in the Kitchen and Coffee Preparation: You should know your way around a kitchen and be comfortable preparing coffee beverages. Positive Attitude and Patience: A friendly and patient demeanor is essential for providing excellent customer service. Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think on your feet and handle any challenges that come your way. Excellent Personal Presentation: A polished and professional appearance is a must. High Energy: We want team members who are full of energy and enthusiasm. Bilingual (Preferred): English and Spanish are a plus, but not a requirement.
