This part time position is based in Ticknock and or Ballinastoe involves working within the Trails Café and Biking.ie on Saturday and Sunday. Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be required to carry out a broad range of services. Open and close the premises Prepare and plan for all customer bookings Meet and greet customers Hold safety briefings and introductions Carry out safety inspections on the bike rental fleet Record and report faults Track and manage inventory Reduce waste and comply with environmental policy Serve customers within Trails Café Report progress and updates to senior management Qualifications and ExperienceThe successful candidate will have experience of working in a dynamic, flexible, and continually changing environment and must be willing to work as a team-player as required to get the job done to the highest standards. A passion for biking or the outdoors is essential Excellent customer service skills Barista training and HACCP certification* Bike mechanic experience* Environmentally conscientious Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills * Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
