Head Cheesemaker

Arethusa Farm Dairy is seeking a Head Cheesemaker to lead our cheese making team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of cheese production, including hands-on making, maturation, food safety, quality management, packaging, and product development. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for artisan cheese, capable of taking initiative and solving problems efficiently. Responsibilities include product development and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
