### **Pay Structure:**
- **Training (First 30 Days): $13/hour**
- **Grace Period (Next 90 Days): $14/hour**
- **Growth Phase - after grace period: $15-18/hour based on performance**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items like ice cream rolls, crepes, and waffles.
- Keep the café clean and organized, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
- Take orders accurately and operate the register.
- Deliver friendly, welcoming hospitality to every guest.
**Qualification:**
- +18 Years
- Must be fully available
- Preferably someone with kitchen and fast food experience
- Preferably someone Food Handler or Food manager certificate
**Schedule**
- Weekdays: 4:30pm-11:30Pm
- Weekends: 12pm-11:30Pm
