Barista

Join our team at PorchLight Coffee as a Barista! We are looking for passionate individuals who love coffee and enjoy providing excellent customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing espresso-based drinks and other coffee beverages to our quality standards.
- Engaging with customers and providing information about our coffee offerings.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating area.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements:
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
