We are looking for a bright and cheery GEM team member to join our super fun, friendly and hardworking team!! POTENTIAL HOURS Monday-Friday (hours vary); Varying shifts between 7am and 6:30pm Saturday (Two Saturday shifts per month); Varying shifts between 7:30am and 4:30pm Closed Every. Single. Sunday. OVERVIEW Juice Bar Team Members provide exceptional customer service by preparing menu items in an accurate and timely manner; assisting customers with products; providing nutritional information; routinely cleaning the store to ensure high standards. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Company Policies and Procedures. POS Operations. Ability to handle cash accurately. Strong verbal communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. EDUCATIONAL LEVEL Preferred – High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) Preferred – Food Safety Certified MINIMUM EXPERIENCE Preferred – 6 months minimum prior customer service experience.
