Server

A server at Littleton’s Market will provide excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience. They are responsible for greeting guests, seating them, presenting menus, and attending to their needs throughout the meal, including taking and delivering orders, and processing payments. Must have 2+ years of experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests, seat them, and present menus. Accurately take food and beverage orders, making suggestions and answering questions. Deliver food and drinks to guests’ tables promptly. Regularly check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Remove used plates, clean tables, and prepare for the next guests. Deliver checks, process payments, and handle tips. Provide friendly and efficient service, contributing to a positive dining experience. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace. Help with bussing tables, restocking stations, and other duties as needed.
