Bar Manager

The Crafty Egg Fishponds is looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and support our growing evening offer.

We’re a busy brunch spot evolving into a strong evening destination, so we’re looking for someone hands-on, organised, and passionate about quality drinks and great service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the bar area and daily operations
- Oversee beverage inventory, stock control, and quality standards
- Train, supervise, and support bar staff
- Lead menu development and product research
- Maintain high standards of service and consistency
- Work closely with management to develop the drinks offering

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous bar management experience
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beers, and beverage trends
- Confident with stock control and ordering
- Leadership skills and team management experience
- Reliable, organised, and proactive
