About This Role
The following are examples of the AGM job responsibilities, but are not limited to: Manage payroll, approve employee hours, and ensure compliance with HR forms and records. Oversee inventory management, order supplies, and maintain emergency and safety kits. Ensure all HR documentation is completed and monitor for compliance issues. Lead and participate in team meetings, set agendas, and manage internal communication. Conduct performance reviews, facilitate new hire introductions, and promote team development. Oversee operational tasks, including scheduling, task delegation, and maintenance follow-ups. Handle customer service for large parties, manage reservations, and ensure guest satisfaction. Review and audit employee attendance and payroll discrepancies. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness regulations. Support a collaborative, communicative, and efficient team environment. Requirements: You should have a minimum of 2 year of proven experience as a AGM/GM in a fast-paced dining service restaurant, preferably in New York City. Salary: Starting at $75,000.00 per year based on experience.
