Barista/customer service duties & responsibilities include: Greeting and interacting with all customers in a welcoming manner. Maintaining a positive demeanor in a busy environment where multi-tasking, cleaning, and effective communication are required. Preparing batch brew and pouring over coffee according to our standards of quality. Maintaining coffee knowledge on current offerings and accurately communicating product information to customers. Tasting coffee each shift worked to improve product knowledge. Handling and maintaining all coffee brewing equipment properly. Following cash handling and cash register procedures & policies. Communicating with team members and management to solve problems and improve service and methods.
