Full Time Shop Floor Supervisor

Cobbs Butchery operates four counters across our farm shops in Berkshire, Hampshire, and Warwickshire. We pride ourselves on creating a relaxed and friendly environment, with a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service to ensure our customers are always well taken care of.

Quality and provenance are at the heart of everything we do; we exclusively sell British meat, sourcing it as locally as possible. We follow traditional butchery methods, cutting whole carcasses, handcrafting our own sausages, and hand-pressing burgers during the summer months.

We also place great importance on dry-aging our beef for a minimum of 28 days to enhance its flavour and tenderness.

We are looking for an experienced butcher to join our team. This is a roving butcher role, primarily based at our Winchester shop, with cover required at our other branches when needed. A full, clean driving licence and access to a car are essential.
