Boba Tea Barista/Cashier

Take orders, prepare Asian-style boba tea drinks, and educate customers about our unique beverages. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to fulfill orders promptly.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to take their orders and educate customers on how to order as needed
- Operate cash register and Point-Of-Sales (POS) system
- Receive and manage phone/online orders
- Master the knowledge of all drink recipes and production method
- Efficiently make drinks in accurate and repeatable manners
- Ensure all ingredient stocks and materials are topped up during and between shifts
- Maintain cleanliness at your stations and customer area
- Perform store opening tasks or closing tasks depending on the shift
- Be respectful and have fun!

Preferred Skills
- Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills
