As a general manager/store manager, you are responsible for the successful operation of a Thorntons store, utilizing the skills and experience of your entire staff. We’re looking for leaders who have outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate others. While owning your P&L results, you will also contribute by cleaning, stocking, assisting in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new Team Members.
