Campesino Organic Coffee Co. — Georgia’s first and only 100% Fair Trade, Organic specialty coffee company — is on the hunt for a passionate, driven individual to join our team as a Coffee Roaster. This is a rare opportunity to learn the craft of small-batch specialty coffee roasting from the ground up, transforming green coffee beans sourced from farmer cooperatives around the world into roasted coffee our customers have trusted for over 26 years. No prior roasting experience is required. We provide hands-on training and mentorship. What you do need to bring is a deep appreciation for great coffee and the hard-working farmers who grow it, positive energy, a can-do attitude, a hunger to learn, and a work ethic that jazzes everyone around you.
