On-Call Mixologist

The Aero Bar is a premier mobile bartending brand focused on quality ingredients and elevated service. We are looking to grow our bartending team in Nashville. We treat all of our clients and guests as if they were family We encourage our staff to be positive and work as a team Core Responsibilities: Acknowledge and greet every guest as they approach your bar Prepare and serve a selection of beer, wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and standards. Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every guest Prep, stock and maintain work station according to company specifications Assist with setup and breakdown of events Be able to educate guests on the beverages you are serving at each event Process cash and credit card payments via Square reader at Cash Bars accurately and efficiency Work harmoniously and professionally with the whole Aero Bar team Always serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and never over serve guest Preferred Qualifications and Skills 1- 2 year of bartending experience strongly preferred Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service. Valid ABC Card Must be authorized to work in the United States Excellent verbal and written skills The ability to stand on your feet for 4+ hours The ability to multitask and pay attention to detail The ability to lift 25+ pounds The ability to safely, carefully and properly make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, and familiarity with standard drink recipes This is an on-call position for an average of 3-4 shifts per week.
