About This Role
To strengthen our friendly, all female team, we are looking for a Service Staff Member to start as soon as possible in part-time employment (approx. 25-30 hours/week up for negotiation, permanent contract) Working days: Wednesday to Sunday (Mornings to afternoon no evening shifts) You enjoy working with guests, feel confident behind the counter and stay calm even during busy brunch hours? Preparing two cappuccinos at once, restocking the fridge and chatting with guests comes naturally to you? Then we would love to meet you! Your Responsibilities: Warmly welcoming guests, taking orders and handling reservations; Careful preparation of high-quality hot and cold beverages; Service at the counter, indoors and on the terrace; Clearing and cleaning tables and counters; Cleaning and maintaining the bar, equipment and work areas; Dishwashing; Setting up and tidying up the bar and dining areas; Operating cash register. Your Profile: A true team player with strong organizational skills; Friendly appearance and enjoyment of customer interaction; Multilingual – English and German required, Luxembourgish mandatory (French or additional languages are a plus); Flexible, reliable and resilient; Experience in service or as a barista is an advantage; Knowledge of health, hygiene and safety regulations; Creative mindset, curiosity and attention to detail; Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work shifts, weekends, and on public holidays (mostly closed), as needed.
