Barista / Kitchen Staff

Responsibilities may include:

- Prepare and plate desserts according to recipes and presentation standards
- Make coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, iced coffee, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and coffee station
- Assist with basic food prep and restocking ingredients
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines (have or can obtain a valid Food Handler's permit)
- Support team during busy service periods

Schedule Requirements:

- Flexible shifts available (morning / afternoon / evening)
- Weekend availability preferred

Ideal Candidate:

- Previous kitchen, café, or barista experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Pay:

- Starting at $16.30 per hour and up depending on experience
